When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a
legal, binding contract to purchase. This arrangement is

confident in the condition/description of our vehicles.

Winning bidder must contact Florida Auto Consultants within 24
hours (by phone) of auction's end, and make arrangements for
payment to complete the transaction.
A $500.00 Paypal deposit is due immediately at the end of
auction to secure the vehicle. The remainder is due within 5
business days of Auction's end.
If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to
re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next highest bidder, or
sell
it otherwise.
Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older
than
2001. Make sure, if financing,
your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this
vehicle before bidding. Please secure financing PRIOR to
bidding. We DO NOT accept Capitol One.

Acceptable payment methods for DEPOSIT are cashiers check or

Title will be transferred when full payment is verified.

the registered information of all bidders participating in

or end the auction early if necessary due to local interest in
the vehicle or for any other reason. Furthermore,
Florida Auto Consultants shall not be liable for any such
cancellation. Vehicles are also being listed locally,

Some vehicles are eligible for a 1,000 mile/ 1 month warranty
through eBay and its partners. If the vehicle has a warranty

it is your responsibility to activate your warranty through
eBay's check out process and to exercise all rights you have
under that warranty.

shipping nationwide.
We have sold cars to people all over the United States and are
familiar with shipping and transporting vehicles, however,
the buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. Local pick up
is available Mondays through Fridays from 9AM-5PM, Saturdays
10AM-
2PM.
Other pick-up times can be arranged but must be discussed and
agreed to beforehand.
Some vehicles will still have a factory warranty and we will
try
to state all the information we know about the warranty.
Due to local interest, vehicles may have 50-500 miles over
mileage shown on eBay.
FOR CANADIAN BUYERS
If Canadian buyers are planning to pick up their vehicles at
our
dealership, our bank MUST HAVE CLEARED FUNDS PRIOR TO OUR
RELEASING THE VEHICLE'S TITLE
The easiest way to accomplish this is a bank-to-bank
wire transfer.
Canadian cashier's checks take up to 7 business days to clear.
If a Canadian buyer comes with a Canadian cashier's check, we
will deliver the vehicle,
but we cannot release the title until our bank notifies us
that
the funds have cleared. AGAIN, THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 7 BUSINESS
DAYS.
We will assist you with the documentation needed to bring your
vehicle into Canada, but knowing which documents your Province
requires
is the buyer's responsibility. Those
requirements can be found at the website www.riv.ca
We will be happy to pick you up at The Ft.
Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) or The Palm Beach
International Airport (PBI).
If for some reason we are unable to pick you up, we will help
to
arrange for transportation from the airport.
